A Vision to Hold Inside: Bliss
Very deeply and simply it is all a manifestation of your highest thought. Energy shared and accepted freely. What are we ashamed of? Why is shame and guilt such a big part of our lives, and love and joy so easy to deny? I am only accountable to myself and the God I see.. which in my case lives inside of me..and everywhere around me. In this way I am in Gratitude to Creation. I am dashing away fear, trouble, discontent, judgement, shame, guilt, stifling walls of roles I never fit comfortably in. I am not accountable to anyone unless I make a contract with them, then I must be able to uphold my words with my actions. What is your contract and who is it with? Is this contract something you can live freely with? Spiritually, I am in a contract only with me, as I have attracted this from Creation. I have no other choice now that I see this, to dash away away fear, I am leaving behind anger, I am moving only forward in the light of knowing my heart is pure. My heart is good. It is a gift to know that. I am THANKFUL for my Abundant Blessings on this Earth. It is a cold walk at times. It is a cold journey to light, you will not stay there all the time. You will only get to touch it and know it and more and more TRUST IT. I am there at this moment, saying…sistars/brothers on this Iyla… in this journey…BELIEVE …YOU DESERVE LOVE. IN ALL WAYS IN ALL FORMS IN ALL PLACES… PHYSICAL, MENTAL EMOTIONAL… SPIRITUALLY SOUND AND ALIVE. ONE LOVE.

I’ve been out of commission for a while. Not as in a my-organs-were-removed/repaired-and-I’m-recuperating sort of way, but in an I’ve-lost-all-drive-to-write sort of way. Personally, the former would be easier for me to deal with. I have a pretty high pain tolerance and not all organs are necessary for survival. Just ask Slim Goodbody.
I attempted to pinpoint when the creative breakdown was conceived, but I failed to locate that nefarious moment. I’ve no recent traumatizing situations to speak of, save for my friend’s Christmas party where she kept dumping out my drink in order to wash my glass. I would set down my glass to talk to someone and then turn back around to take a sip of wine only to discover it sprouted legs and trotted away. (I must warn you that one has to watch their plate around her, too. It’s a compulsion she’s trying to tame.)

Looking for the space
where being me won’t harm anyone else.
Does it exist?
Will I ever find it?
Where are the sign posts, the clues?
Am I allowed a compass or map?
In this high-tech, Reality TV world, can I get a lifeline?
Or will I be voted off the journey?
Is there rapid rail
Or must I travel on foot?
Are my feet bare?
Is the road rough,
With gravel, glass, & muck?
Am I alone, partnered, competing?
How much pain must I and others endure
Before I/we get there?
Is there room for all of us
Or just a select few?
Is it smooth sailing, magnificent seascapes,
Wise, witty, wicked wing women
Wearing sun- & breeze-kissed faces?
As Jill Scott would say:
84 degrees, melody?
Room for all who want to come
And are willing to do what it takes to get there?
